Izmir University of Economics, which started its academic life in October 2001, is the first private Foundation University of Izmir and the Aegean Region. We are aware of the fact that we undertake a great responsibility by aiming to bring a different approach to the understanding and practices of education in our country.

The “ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System” certificate was received in 2019 and annual surveillance audits are carried out.
